Microwave mash potato

Supposedly faster than boiling the potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes (600 gr)
  • 85 gr milk
  • 20 gr butter
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut in small pieces. Cook in microwave until done (about 6 min).

Add in a bowl and mash with the remaining ingredients.
