4. Most important value in China is unity, based on civilisation state idea. This allows multiple systems in the same country.

5. Chinese state power is not challenged both because it has not been challenged for 1000 years and out of respect as the spiritual keeper of the culture. It is the respected patriarch of everyone, and its authority is everywhere.
