A relatively healthy desert held together by you ability to merge the ingredients into something that will, well, hold together.
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 80 gr floor
- 100 gr sugar
- Butter for the cake dish
- Vanilla or rhum for taste
- Your favourite fruit (traditionally cherries)
Butter the plate.
Add washed fruit.
Mix eggs with sugar, then flour, then milk, then rhum.
Add no top of fruit and put in oven a 160-180oC. Actual cooking time depends on the amount of water in the fruits.
Halfway through baking, add 10-20 gr of sugar on top.
