Beetroot soup
A good use for leftover beetroot.
Ingredients
- 1 Kg beetroot
- 2-3 onions
- Olive oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 garlic
- vinegar
Preparation
Boil cut beetroot, onions and garlic with salt, pepper and oil.
Once ready, serve with vinegar.
