Stir fried chicken with Chinese cabbage
Healthy cooked chicken.
Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken breast
- 5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground corriander
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 0.5 chinese cabbage
- 3/4 cup water chestnuts
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chilly flakes
- 3 Tbsp chopped corriander
Preparation
Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp soy sauce, sherry (1 Tbsp) and cayenne.
Stir fry chicken and remove from heat.
Stir fry onion, garlic, corriander powder. When almost done add remaining sherry and vinegar and cover for 1 min.
Add cabbage, water chestnuts, remaining soy sauce, tomato paste, chilly and a bit of water and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add chicken, corriander and cook until done, 1-2 more minutes.
